The room had two bottles of complimentary water , which I greatly appreciated after my journey. The room included a modern television and a coffee maker with various coffee options. I found a comfortable armchair in the room. The beds had great quality linens and were very comfortable.

I appreciate the hotel's location for airport travel. It makes connections easy. i felt secure dining alone at the restaurant. the staff were helpful . the massive beds added to the comfort, i also enjoyed the views during breakfast.
My room cards were disabled early, locking me out of my room. That was very inconvenient. someone had entered to clean while my belongings were still inside. i was not rushing for my flight, but the situation was still frustrating.

the hotel is very close to the airport terminals. i could easily walk there using the covered walkway. the room was quiet despite being so close to the airport.
i found no milk for tea in the room. i called to request it, and i was later charged £5. the tv turned off every 15 minutes. its picture was poor.
