The air bridge offered super quick access to the airport. The room size felt good and the bathroom had excellent facilities. It was awesome!
The room cards were disabled so we locked out of our room.

The location is convenient for airport access. i found the room spacious and very clean. It exceeded my expectations. breakfast offered a good selection of items. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit.

The room had two bottles of complimentary water , which I greatly appreciated after my journey. The room included a modern television and a coffee maker with various coffee options. I found a comfortable armchair in the room. The beds had great quality linens and were very comfortable.

The location provides effortless access to the terminals, a real bonus. i found my standard room very clean. the staff were helpful. Especially when i needed directions.

the room was spacious and included two separate sinks. the bathroom had a rainfall shower. i found the room well-kept. the hotel provides direct, covered access to terminal 2.
The television in my room occasionally lost its picture. This was slightly disruptive.

I appreciate the hotel's location for airport travel. It makes connections easy. i felt secure dining alone at the restaurant. the staff were helpful . the massive beds added to the comfort, i also enjoyed the views during breakfast.
My room cards were disabled early, locking me out of my room. That was very inconvenient. someone had entered to clean while my belongings were still inside. i was not rushing for my flight, but the situation was still frustrating.

covered walkway quiet room expensive milk faulty tv
the hotel is very close to the airport terminals. i could easily walk there using the covered walkway. the room was quiet despite being so close to the airport.
i found no milk for tea in the room. i called to request it, and i was later charged £5. the tv turned off every 15 minutes. its picture was poor.
